Sad but True

This is all too real for too many girls.
I've struggled with it, I know family who has struggled with it, friends, children, loved ones, and people I hardly know. Eating disorders are more common than you think. If you ever feel like a loved one or even a stranger is dealing with an eating disorder please let somebody know immediately. They may hate you for a few days, months, or even years but they will come around. They will realize that you saved their life.
