I have been working on lowering my body fat percentage lately! I am tired of feeling my six pack and not being able to show it off! Currently, I'm at 20% body fat. My goal is to get my body fat percentage to 15%! I am determined! However, let me tell you, it's hard! Hitting macros is really not as easy as it sounds! My biggest problem is keeping my carbs in range. I won't share what my macros are because everybody's body is different and needs different macros. Google IIFYM for more information! Anyway, I love eating carb-y things! It really is a struggle but I'm doing what I can! My goal is to be at 15% by October! Wish me luck!
